I’m Bekah, your Certified Labor Doula (CLD, CAPPA) and Prenatal & Postpartum Fitness Specialist (AFPA & ProNatal Fitness). Being your doula and motherhood fitness trainer defines my professional calling in the context of my personal passions. I‘m committed to providing my client families with true advocacy and continuous emotional, informational and physical support throughout pregnancy, birth, and your postpartum recovery journey.
As your doula, your pregnancy goals and birth vision are my privilege to foster and honor.
All expecting families deserve a full, unbiased support system.
