In 2018, I began my independent personal training business. I named it “Amaze Yourself” rooted in a firm belief that with or without me, my clients are intrinsically capable of accomplishing their fitness goals. I couldn’t part from the name, hoping to express my unwavering belief that pregnant mamas are not only fully physically equipped to birth their babies, but they are also the only person who is maternally intuitive to make the best decision for her own body, her birth, and her baby. I’m thrilled to incorporate prenatal and postpartum personal training programs into mamas’ pregnancy and recovery experiences.
